Two years ago we decided to sell our property & go full time RVing. We called Debbie Vallone-Homeier & she listed our home & property for us. To our surprise, Debbie found us a buyer in 3 days!! I worked with Debbie for an entire year to sell an extremely challenging "as is" property. Debbie was tireless in seeking prospective buyers, and handling many questions around the property's history. She worked with me to brainstorm ways to make it easier for buyers to purchase the property given the down economy, including owner-financing options.

After dealing with many flaky buyers her persistence paid off and the property was finally sold. I can't recommend Debbie highly enough. She is highly knowledgeable, always professional, and creative in getting properties sold. I would definitely work with her again.

My husband and I have always wanted land in the Hill Country. I had been browsing the Internet for about a year when I ran across some land for sale in Kendalia, Texas, that looked perfect for us. My husband was working out of the country at this time, so when he came in for a visit we made an appointment with Debbie Homeier to see the land. We made the trip and fell in love with the property. We put an offer in on the same day.

I thought it would be hard to do the paperwork since my husband was out of the country, but Debbie made it a wonderful experience. Within weeks we were closing. Debbie and my husband communicated by e-mail and fax. She answered all our questions and stayed on top of everything during this process. Debbie was also helpful in finding people to put a fence in, well pump in along with other things we needed done to our property. I would recommend her highly.
